Clara’s Tea promises a magical afternoon filled with delight and holiday joy. Join us for an enchanting afternoon where each guest will receive a box of savory afternoon delights and sweet treats to enjoy during the Nutcracker in a Nutshell performance. Clara’s Tea, on Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Safari Texas, will be the official start of The Nutcracker season for BalletForte, Fort Bend county’s premier classical ballet company. You will find little girls in sparkly holiday dresses and little boys in their plaid button-downs fill the lobby for this Nutcracker-themed holiday event. Children’s eyes light up the second they catch a glimpse of Clara in her flowing white nightgown. She sits ready to greet her guest from her red velvet throne. Children carry autograph books to collect signatures from Clara, The Sugar Plum Fairy and her friends, while their parents snap holiday-card worthy photos of their little ones among the backdrop of snowy trees and fanciful delights. Clara’s Tea is a fundraiser event, hosted by the BalletForte Guild, an organization of strictly volunteers working to augment the mission and support the dancers of BalletForte.Tickets on sale now: https://balletforte.givesmart.com/.
