Texas DECA needs accomplished business leaders to participate as competitive judges at the 2019 Career Development Conference to be held on Saturday, January 19th. Your participation and support will help over 1000 Ft Bend & Houston area students improve their speaking and problem-solving skills and provide opportunities for many to compete at the Texas State level. Competitive event judges help aspiring businessmen and women understand and succeed in the business world in over 30 different events and areas. During each event, students develop solutions to specific case studies & then present to the judge. Your feedback during the process is invaluable in preparing these students for the State Conference and ultimately the International Conference. No experience is necessary, and judge training occurs on-site the morning of the event!
