Workplace dynamics are different today than they were just ten years ago. The diverse mix of perspectives creates challenges, but the benefits can be enormous. In this session, we will learn to understand the values of the five generations at work today. When we uncover our own core values, we gain understanding of what drives us. When we understand others' values, we can create a work arena that allows people to contribute in ways that make sense to both us and them. We can bring out peoples' strengths, and we can get the best from talent. In this session, you will develop an understanding for working with rather than against others' values.
