The face of sales has changed over the past several years, as have the methods and processes associated
with hiring and motivating highly effective sales people. The presentation will walk through an updated
hiring process designed to attract and hire exceptional sales people.
Hiring effective sales people is the first step required to increase sales and improve profits. Employers also
must keep salespeople motivated. We will look at the motivational factors necessary for high performance
sales people and some ways your organization can meet the motivational challenge.
