Description

Stolleis brings over forty years of civil, municipal, hydraulic and construction engineering experience to the County. He has experience working for public agencies and in private business as a consulting engineer and, he brings to the county a broad variety of experience related to public works including long range planning; utility, drainage and infrastructure design; code compliance, and public works operations.
