• 24 Clinical Volunteers (TUESDAY 03/22 Only): Volunteers with HIPAA training and experience working in a clinical setting are needed to conduct Vision Pre-Screenings during the event. Specific Credentials/certification is not required, as hands on training will be provided for these roles.  
  • Training for clinical roles will be required prior to the event. This training will take place on Tuesday, March 15th from 9am-1pm. Training location is TBD, but will take place at either AccessHealth- Richmond (conference Room 3) or at the Houston Health Foundation Community Office (190 Heights Blvd Houston, TX 77007).
• 35 Non-Clinical Volunteers per day (All Event dates): Non-Clinical volunteers will be needed for each day of this event. These volunteer roles may include, but are not limited to;
  • Event Set-up
  • Traffic & Parking lot control
  • Event Check-in & COVID Screenings
  • Event Flow/Coordination
  • Material Distribution
  • Event Check-out
  • Event Break down
  • Volunteer roles and responsibilities may vary based on specific needs each day.
  • Volunteers will be asked to please attend a volunteer Orientation, via zoom, 1 week prior to the event. Multiple Orientation dates and times will be made available for convenience.
