City Manager Allen Bogard has been with the City of Sugar Land for over 18 years and has served as city manager since 2001. He brings over 35 years of municipal experience to the position. Since becoming city manager in Sugar Land, his leadership as the organization works to implement the City Council’s vision for Sugar Land has contributed to the city being recognized as one of the best and safest places to live in the country.
